This Cubs Fan Didn’t Buy a Ticket, But Still Got the Best Seat at Wrigley
It's probably too early to discuss this, but I feel like something magical is happening at Wrigley Field this year.

I could be wrong, but it's worth noticing when geese are coming to the game.
The Cubs’ Feathered Fan
If you hadn't heard, a pair of Canadian geese showed up at Wrigley Field just this past weekend and set up shop in a juniper planter in the center field bleachers at the Friendly Confines.
Safety First for Fans (and Geese)
Looking to make themselves right at home during the Cubs home opening series, security blocked off several rows of seating to keep the fans safe (and away) from the geese.
The geese were first noticed on Friday, April 4, during the team's home opener, and they stayed through the weekend.
What the Cubs Are Doing Next
If you like to believe the Canadian goose arrival has nothing to do with baseball, you might be on to something.
The geese probably showed up while the Cubs were away for the first week of the season, enjoying the peace and quiet before this past weekend.
That said, Cubs officials are working with wildlife experts to manage the situation according to state laws.
Could This Be a Good Luck Sign?
If these geese stick around and the Cubs continue to win, who knows, they may become the team's unofficial mascot for the season.
It could be the good luck charm the team needs to make another run at a World Series.
