Newburg Road Lane Reduction on January 22
On Thursday, January 22, beginning at 7 am, westbound traffic on the 5600 block of Newburg Road will be reduced to one lane.
No detours are expected, and access to nearby homes and businesses will be maintained throughout the project. Work is expected to be completed by day's end on Friday (1/23).
Safety and Weather Conditions Remain Key Factors
Both projects are dependent on favorable weather conditions, and with 3 to 5 inches of snow possible until Wednesday morning, there may be a postponement.
When traveling through an active construction zone, drivers are urged to obey posted work zone speed limits and remain alerts for workers near active traffic lanes.
