Rockford Gets Huge Update: 3 More Beef-a-Roo Restaurants Are Coming Back

If you feared the Beef-a-Roo comeback in Rockford was going to stop with one  restaurant, I have some very good news to share with you.

The comeback is getting bigger.

Good News From Beef-a-Roo

As someone who was born and raised in Rockford, the Beef-a-Roo drama we've been subjected to lately has really made me sad. I never thought I'd see a day with no Beef-a-Roo in this city. Thankfully, this won't be our reality for much longer.

Last week we finally got confirmation that the first Beef-a-Roo location to reopen in Rockford would be the one at 1680 N Alpine Road near Highcrest, and now the good news keeps on coming.

More Beef-a-Roo Locations Are Returning

For months we've been told that Beef-a-Roo's comeback in Rockford would be happening in phases, but I really didn't think we'd see more reopening announcements anytime soon.

Honestly, I've never been so happy to admit I was wrong.

815 Beef-a-Roo has confirmed that the three additional locations that will soon be reopening are:

• Lexus Dr. in Rockford
• East Riverside Blvd in Loves Park
• Rockrose Court in Roscoe

YES! A few months ago I was legitimately worried that Rockford's Beef-a-Roo chapter had officially come to an end, and I was far from okay about that.

Obviously, we're still a long way from the finish line, and no reopening time frames have been announced for the three other Beef-a-Roo locations yet. But something this good will be worth the wait!

Rockford's new Beef-a-Roo owners want to make sure this comeback is done correctly.

The restaurants are getting a glow-up. Original recipes and products are returning. There are more Rockford-area Beef-a-Roos to take over, revamp, and reopen, and I'll be impatiently waiting for all of it.
