If your idea of a perfect summer night includes rummaging through antiques, arguing over vintage toys, and eating snacks under the moonlight, have I got the event for you.

The Belvidere "Mid-Night" Flea Market is Back

The Belvidere "Mid-Night" Fle Market returns, and yes, it runs all the way until midnight because some of us do our best treasure hunting after dark.

What is the Belvidere "Mid-Night" Flea Market?

It's not your grandma's flea market, unless your grandma is a certified night owl with a flair for vintage lamps and obscure collectibles. Taking over the Boone County Fairgrounds on Saturday, June 21, from 3 PM to MIDNIGHT, this market features antiques, estate jewelry, retro furniture, comics, toys, crafts, memorabilia, and the kind of deals that make you question why you ever shop retail.

It's a Moon-Lite Madness Shopping Spree

Organized by Zurko's Midwest Promotions, this is the kind of event where flashlights are encouraged and sunblock is strictly optional. Vendors are inside, outside, and in tents, so this thing happens rain or (literal) moonshine.

Admission, Parking, and How to Find It

Tickets are just $7 at the gate, with kids 12 and under free. Parking? Also free. The event's at 8791 Route 76 in Belvidere. You can't miss it, just follow the glow of treasure hunters armed with mini flashlights and big hopes. Find more info on the event's Facebook page.

Don't Sleep On It—Literally

Bring your friends, your cash, and your best bargaining game. Belvidere's Mid-Night Flea Market is one strange, shiny, snack-filled summer tradition you don't want to miss.
